Disgrace? This happened in
Marina this morning. A LASTMA official forced himself into a commercial bus to
arrest the driver while the vehicle was moving.
Can't these officials find
other more effective ways to stop drivers who violate traffic rules instead of
jumping into their vehicles with force?
